An important thing to consider when thinking about sources is about the author or creators bias. But what is bias?
The definition of bias is...
To believe that something is more ‘right’ than other beliefs. It is not founded on facts and usually results in treating some people unfairly. Can you think of an example of bias?
Complete this sheet to help fully understand how something can have bias or not.
Hint: If a perspective/opinion is coming through then it is biased. If it is purely factual/no opinion, it will be unbiased.
